Dr. Nick Levy
Dr. Nicholas Levy grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and attended the University of Witwatersrand Medical School graduating in 1981. He began his pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and immediately fell in love with pediatrics and knew it was his lifelong calling. He has been in practice in Encinitas, CA for over thirty years. In the past fifteen years, Dr. Levy developed a specialty clinic to help diagnose and manage children who struggle with academic issues and ADHD. This is one of the largest practices in Southern California and there are ten active pediatricians in his group. Dr. Levy has primary consulting responsibility for the majority of the ADHD patients in this practice and is considered by his peers an expert in the field.

Dr. Gaurav Mishra
Dr. Gaurav Mishra grew up in Bangalore, India and attended the M S. Ramaiah Medical College graduating with an MD equivalent degree (MBBS) in 2007. He emigrated to the USA in 2009 upon acceptance into the psychiatry residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. There he developed an absolute love of working with children and families which was the inspiration to train further in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Since completion of his training in 2014 at the renown Children's National Hospital of George Washington University in Washington, D.C., he has been in practice southern California specializing in pediatric mental health care. He has recently accepted a new position and will start as Director of Psychiatry at San Isidro Health Center, San Diego in early 2019.
With over 7 years of working with children and families, Dr. Mishra has developed special expertise in working with children and their families dealing with multitude of mental illnesses. His passion for developing innovative solutions for this patient population drove him to pursue an MBA at the Rady School of Management, UCSD. He is a founding member of HYD Health and also serves as an advisor on another healthcare startup, Existential Technologies.

Dr. Richard Markell
Dr. Markell studied at the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine. After a remarkable career, he is completing an MBA (2019) from the University of California San Diego Rady School of Management. He lives in Encinitas, CA with his wife, two dogs and has a 20 year old son attending Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo.
He has led a successful equine veterinary practice for over thirty years and brings his medical and business experience to IlluminX Consulting and their clients. As an attending veterinarian to many celebrities, luminaries and as an official veterinarian for the United States Olympic Show Jumping Team, Dr. Markell is considered a leader throughout the world as an expert in equine sports medicine and consultant to the pharmaceutical, biotech and life science industries.
Through his personal and professional collaborative relationships with researchers, clinicians and corporate leaders, he has been part of the development of many current theories in treatment, diagnosis and regenerative medicine therapy.
Dr.Markell has been involved in serving children and adults with disabilities as a volunteer and donor for nearly 20 years at the Shea Center for Therapeutic Riding. He has a personal mission to improve the lives of children with physical and mental health challenges. Through his friendship and association with Drs. Levy and Mishra, Aaron Ball and UC San Diego, he now has a platform for expanding that dedication.

Aaron attended the University of Rhode Island and Brown University with a M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He has more than ten years of user-facing enterprise and consumer software development.
His work with organizations such as Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital, NextGen Healthcare, CG Creative and other luminary organizations as a software engineer is a core to HYD Health's innovative solutions.
